Director of Technology

The Director of Technology supervises and works with technical staff to plan, design, and manage all infrastructure, networking and technology installations and services, standard district software, and the technical support of these systems.
//Support all existing shops from a hardware and software perspective and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure third-party integrations work as expected working closely with Ops Technology Manager.
//Ensure all shops can continue to run optimally on both digital and Wireless Transfer Layer.
//Answer help desk support tickets and requests.
//Play a key role in new software and SaaS rollouts affecting HR, IT, Finance, and Accounting.
//Create and manage all networks company-wide
//Key stakeholder in all new shop openings, including shop SaaS setup, contracts, onboarding, 3P and digital ordering setup, and being physically present on go-live.
//Key stakeholder in the current initiative to become fully compliant in all things PCI and security related.
//Handle all on-boarding/off-boarding of corporate and Ops leadership team members.
//Primary POC for all things IT/tech related.
//Key stakeholder in product development and timelines working closely with the Sr Product Manager.
// Previous Information Technology experience in the Restaurant Industry is required.
// Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
// Four Years of supervisory experience is required.
// Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
// Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
// Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
// Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
// Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team is wonderful!
